1. FREE Web Design:
Chiroweb.us will offer FREE web design service based on the number of design templates posted on the www.chiroweb.us

Client chooses Design Number _______ for their office.

2. FREE Easy WebEdit™:
Chiroweb.us will provide a web based tool called Easy WebEdit™. Using this tool client will be able change the information on their web site in About US, Equipment and Direction links, using a word processor like interface to enter and edit text and upload internet compatible images.

3. FREE Domain Name Registration:
If Client does not have a domain name Chiroweb.us will register a domain name for FREE. Chiroweb.us will also renew the domain name every year for a fee of $29.

4. Domain Name Transfer:
If client has a domain name already Chiroweb.us will link the domain to Chiroweb.us severs provided Client provides will login and access to Chiroweb.us for generating the link. This service is provided for FREE.

5. Search Engine Submission Option :
Chiroweb.us will submit Clients website to Google, Yahoo and MSN for a one time fee of $95. Chiroweb can also re-submit the Client website to the search engines every month for a fee $65 per month or once a year for a fee of $95 per year.
Due to the very nature of internet, the search submissions are on best effort basis and no guarantees are given that Client Site will be very high in the search engine rankings

6. Email Accounts Option:
Chiroweb.us will provide the client with as many email address as it desires. The email addresses are based on the Client's domain and will be in the form of name@clientdomainname.xx, etc. Chiroweb.us will setup these emails addresses for FREE, there is a small monthly fee per email address.

7. Online Patient Referral Service Option:
In today's Internet world, most new patients looking for a chiropractor in their town look on the Internet first. Chirweb.us provides a web based patient referral service. Every time a prospective patient or visitor enters the Client Website, our live operator help them make appointment with the Client's office. There is a small monthly fee for this service. Setup is FREE. We charge a small one time fee of $39 per new patient if a new patient makes and keeps appointments. We do not charge unless your office confirms that appointment was kept.

8. Online Credit Card Point of Sale Terminal Option:
Client can use this web based terminal to charge their patients. There is no need to rent mechanical terminals. Your patients get automatic receipts and you have on line patient charge reports that are secure. This feature allows you to setup weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions from your patients automatically. Your patients can pay their bills on your website or from a reminder in your email. Setup for this service is FREE. There is a small monthly fee and a 6% transaction fee.

9. E-Marketing / E-Letter Option:
Interact with your clients using our email marketing service. Send monthly newsletter to your patients or send individual emails. Save thousands on postage stamps and costs associated with mailing letters. This system comes with online database that can be used to keep your patient contact information.

10. E-Marketing Letterhead Design Service Option:
Our web designers can design an email letterhead just for your office. You can then use this email letterhead to send emails to your patients. The cost for this work is at $35 per hour.

11. Client Agrees to:
(1) to comply with U.S. law regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the United States through the Service;

(2) not to use the Service for illegal purposes (including without limitation, gambling or betting);

(3) not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to the Service; and

(4) to comply with all regulations, policies and procedures of networks connected to the Service. The Service makes use of the Internet to send and receive certain messages; therefore, User's conduct is subject to Internet regulations, policies and procedures.

Client agrees not to:
1. Use the Service in connection with chain letters, junk mail, surveys, contests, pyramid schemes, or any use of distribution lists to any person who has not given specific permission to be included in such a process (commercial or otherwise);
2. Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;
3. Transmit through the Service any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind or nature;
4. Invade another's privacy or violate rights of publicity or intellectual property rights.
